after reading some reviews just before our stay, I was a little anxious about the size of the rooms and location but we had nothing to worry about. we stayed in a basic double and our son in a twin for 3 nights. both rooms and bathrooms were lovely. the location was also good - close to some wonderful restaurants near montparnasse (le relais & le coupole/American bar). we walked to musee d’orsay in 20 mins & saw so many examples of the city’s famous cafe culture. we hopped on the metro for the Eiffel Tower (about 10 mins) and eventually for gare du nord (15 mins) so the location in a big city was very good. staff were friendly - especially Areski on reception. our son really enjoyed being able to reserve the gym for private use too.

Stayed here for six nights. The hotel is on a quiet street with very little traffic. Room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of closet space and an in-room Nespresso maker. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Gare du Montparnasse which was very convenient for the day trips we took from there. The breakfast buffet had lots of options; pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, etc. The Seine, Louvre, Tour Eiffel were all about a 30-minute walk away. Staff was very helpful with the room when we decided to stay a couple of extra nights.

We were very happy with our stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris. We had a Deluxe Double Room with a balcony which was lovely. The room was spacious and clean, and we had free breakfast which was great. We requested an early check in which the hotel provided. This hotel is walkable to Gare Montparnasse and the St Placide Metro as well as the Luxembourg gardens. The Palace Restaurant across the street was convenient for lunch when we arrived, and we also had pizza there which was very good.

The location of the hotel was really good. Its very close to busy streets and good cafe`s. The hotel is in an alley so there is no traffic running infront ; its easy to get on and off a car/uber or Taxi. The hotel is clean and is well designed. You get the sense of a historic hotel while having great amenities.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Bed was super comfy, room was modern and clean. Location superb. I loved it so much I extended my stay for four more days. Staff was lovely!

The location is great. The ambience and decor is lovely. The bar area is comfortable and the service is excellent. Our room was spacious especially considering it is Paris.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding from the second we walked into the main doors. From the friendly, attentive staff, and the very romantic, overall feel of the hotel I would come back over and over again. A close walk to local bars/cafés and shopping while located on a quiet street, but very close to the hustle and bustle ( where you want to be). Everything outside of the hotel is only a 10 minute drive or put your walking shoes on and explore by foot. We had breakfast one of the mornings and couldn’t get over the spread! So yummy! A must try if you are visiting Paris with friends, lover or solo (very safe).

It’s a very nice hotel especially for Paris in a good district full of restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious beds are comfy good shower nice toiletries. Looks recently refurbished and very nice decor. The room was quiet. And the aircon can be regulated which is not always the case. Good bar with nice cocktails ! didn’t have breakfast. A friend used a sauna which you had to book. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you book here but it’s still a bit too pricey.

The location is superb. Very close to Sainte Placide metro station, the ligne 4 from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, passing by Saint Germain des Près, Notre Dame, etc.. Walking distance to the Bon Marche, Jardin du Luxembourg, the Latin Quarter. The hotel is just off busy rue de Rennes but in a quiet side street. This area of Paris is beautiful, buzzing, full of interesting shops and magnificent buildings. We found the staff exceptional, helpful, friendly, courteous. The decor is modern yet elegant, cosy and tasteful. The whole experience was just perfect and this is now our favourite place to stay in Paris.

Victoria Palace has been perfect from start to finish. When we arrived, we were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was absolutely stunning. Thank you, Melodie! We paid for the smallest room and it was a great size for the 2 of us. The rooms were to an exceptional standard and cleaned thoroughly daily. We made good use of the bar and pool table in the evening. The cocktails are great and the barman, Olivier, was extremely talented and accommodating. The location was brilliant with metro stations a very short walk away. The mini market on the corner was convenient. We walked around 15/20 minutes away from the hotel every evening to a lovely spot full of nice bars and restaurants. We recommend Le Machon d'Henri for an authentic French meal. Overall, it was the best possible stay we could ask for. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to Victoria Palace hotel when we return to Paris. Thank you so much!
